  I want to order a pair but the sizing when adding an item to the cart doesn't correspond to the chart. Eg) The tooltip for size AU11 says 27.2cm foot size. Which is correct? I want whatever size suits the 27cm foot.

  I received my boots today and I'm pretty sure they're fake. Others should check their purchases.

  1) there's no box,
  2) the sole is wrong (no ugg on sole or trademark, just a sticker),
  3) the heel tag is wrong, it's big and fake looking
  4) the lining doesn't look like sheepskin, but rather synthetic fur.
  5) the authenticator tag on the left boot is missing.
  6) the website "www.buyuggboots.com.au" on the tag leads to a broken website.

  also there are some quality issues with the glue used to fix the sole. I've reported the issue to the seller, lets see what they have to say.

      We do use express delivery, TNT overnight post.

      We are new to online store and had a big rush of sales, and we did late delivery for some orders last time, sorry for any inconvenience.

    1)Yes, we don't have box for boots, and that's one reason we are cheap.
    2)How wrong of the sole?
    3)The tag is not fake, we are using it because it's cheaper. We are considering using traditional triangle tag.
    4)Our sheep is highest quality Australian sheepskins.
    5)Sorry about missing tag on one of your boot.
    6)That was our past domains without supporting online sales, and we haven't replace all tags for new domain. Our new website is www.downunderuggs.com.au

  Big neg.

  Bought boots on 30th June. After 3 weeks of back and forth messages, I ended up raising a dispute, and then a claim, through PayPal.

  Only got my money back today.

  Very poor customer service.
