Exactly! BUT if you are incapable of doing a simple tax return, then this is a reasonable deal given the $55 you pay will be tax deductible anyway. In saying that, even the people on the ATO hotline can answer your question to do a simple claim.
Yes, but the difference here is that you are paying professionals that will
ensure you maximise your legal refund. There may be deductions you are entitled to that you (or E-tax) will not claim. Sometimes going to a professional can make a big difference in your refund. The choice is always yours.

Not a deal as e-tax can do all this for you, and very easily I might add. There is nothing you can offer other than reducing someone's potential refund by $49 + GST. In fact, you should know that it is those that are salary earners only (nothing too complicated) that should be using etax more than anyone else.
etax can do the same for around $50 less, save yourself some money and get etax. no deal.
