NAB Premium Card.
0% p.a. on balance transfers
for 15 months.

Doesn't seem to be for existing account holders.

NAB also usually have generous credit limits from my experiences with them.

current ANZ platinum is cheaper with the $0 annual fee (and they dont seem stingy on the credit limit based on my application this morning)
