Just filled in all my details and "watched" the whole video. How do I "respond" and to what do I respond to??

    • [email protected]

At the bottom of the page.

      Edit: Nope, this

    • Link would have been in targeted email, so viewing the video would be useless without receiving the email. Besides, it is for first 200, so may already be expired.

thanks - OP you may wish to include this in your post

  • What are we supposed to be doing for the USB??

  • This Symantec crap been going on for yonks…I've done a few of these and no USB ever turn up.

Ironic – they're acting just like the cybercriminals they warn about…

  • Still waiting from their last offer. They made me increase my knowledge about cyber security for nothing.

  • Yep. I am still waiting too. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/140658

  • Well, it is hard to tell if this is a scam.
They can claim you are out of the 200s and you have
    no way to identify that.

  • the organisation field is mandatory, so I think they would simply get all the entries and go mmm…let's see which company should we spam today….and then spam the hell outta that company :)

  • I hope somewhere in there they tell you not to insert a USB stick of questionable origin into your computer?

  • Will have to wait and see.. at least Norton sent me my cashback in return for having to install there bloatware of an IS suite.

  • By ticking this box, I agree to allow Symantec to contact me with product news and security alerts.

So just a stupid scam to get your emails and spam you with products

  • I have done this twice before and all I got was SPAM.

    dont do it!

for a company trying to get you to trust them, its pretty pathetic when they run these promos to get your contact details and never send you what they promised.

    neg neg neg.

The Cybercrime Survival Guide = give us your details so we can spam you. If you're lucky we'll send you a USB so we can monitor you too.

  • Don't waste your time.

As someone that's was recently made redundant by Symantec in Sydney…I am bitter.

  • The USB's aren't coming and this is a large time waster. Still ironic.
