The offer has already expired, but HP had a great Rebate going on.

No you cant even count on them to answer the phone let alone post something, if you ever get a chance to go to their store you will see why, its standing room only. kind of reminds me of a cattle auction just more nerdy.
I have been there and they (Eddy/Eddie) smokes, its pathetic and against the law.
You can't trust what Fluidtek sells anyway, how do you know who actually covers the warranty, Fluidtek or the mainstream importers, as Fluidtek doesn't always state if their the importer. If its a Fluidtek import then I'd be saying good bye to any warranty claim as you'd age so much waiting for it and the stress that Fluidtek would cause trying to actually achieve a claim.

I've wondered myself if its a ploy (Switch & Bait) to get people to go there and then try to flog other items instead.
I've been there and he didn't want to sell what I asked for, he thought he knew better what I needed then what I asked for. I never asked for his opinion on what to buy, he wanted to sell me another brand, guess he never had what I wanted so I didn't buy what he was trying to flog and brought elsewhere for that particular item.
Guys , let not loose sight of the whole point here . We are here to tell people about savings , Warnings and other stuff is welcome , as it is our duty to do so . But going around about the same negative comment everyday from 1 person will do nothing other than deviate from the whole , i saw a bargain , i posted a bargain . As far as i am concerned i will no longer waste my time on your childlike behaviour MR zero .

One of my laptops with more features cost less then that after rebates ($400 back from HP).
Yes I am sure there will be many more positive votes (compared to maybe only 1 negative), but thats OK.
I'd say lets not forget who the seller is.
