Just went into dicksmith nowra and spotted a eneloop charger + 4 aa's for $15 which seemed like a pretty good deal not sure if nationwide

Not a bad deal considering that the 4 Eneloop AA batteries normally alone go for $25.
No Discount in qld in store 39.98 :(
It must be store dependent. Possibly at the Nowra NSW store only.
Is there anything that makes this charger better than other chargers or alternately better for charging Eneloop brand batteries relative to other cheap chargers like Arlec branded for example?
BTW just as an aside I went into Dick Smiths Bank St Adelaide the other day to purchase some Eneloops and had a conversation where the "techspert" salesperson tried hard to convince me that another brand of AA's rated at 930mAh would last longer than Eneloop 2000mAh (1900mAh minimum). He was quite insistent about it which leads me to think the margins for DS were better on that other brand.
