Hi Guys,

This is my first deal, so please be gentle.

Tickets for the Sunday 27th of July performance of Les Misérables (Melbourne) are $45 through Ticketek.

I am not sure of the origin of the deal, but several of my Theatre loving friends have purchased tickets successfully.

The normal Sunday prices for tickets are $150 for premium stalls/dress, $135 for A reserve, $110 for B reserve and so on. So this is quite a heavy discount.

Note there is an additional ticket transaction fee depending on your ticket delivery option (cheapest is $5.25)

EDIT: For the $45 price to show up you will need to select a seating option, not 'best available'.

    Seats look to be at very back (for 2 together at least), but might be interesting to someone.

    When I try to select tickets the price (at the bottom of the page) jumps to $200+. This happens regardless of whether I click 'best available' or make a seating selection!

    Thanks for a great first post!
    It was tough work trying to choose and book a few seats on the ticketek web site, but got there in the end.
    All tickets pretty much gone after 23/7.

    So how we identify fellow Ozbargainers (apart from the fact that they will be the ones sitting right at the edges or at the back ….)

    I think we need an Ozb scarve ;)
