Would not recommend this company. Good price, but atrocious warranty department, service, and communication. Did not deliver on promises, communication problems within the company, and warranty department doesn't even look at the issues described.

This is apparently Australian stock, so should it not be a problem to get support directly from Samsung instead of having to go through Unique Mobiles?
unless it is DOA, in which case you have to send it back to UM, as per http://www.uniquemobiles.com.au/warranty . So you're then dealing with their warranty department. Based on my experience, you'll wait weeks whilst they process the "DOA", then send the phone back with the original fault still.
Sorry didn't see how you were complaining about being stuffed around on a DOA item.
I'm not sure but this i9507 has faster network connections than the i9506 but has a slower CPU/GPU, is that right? As Kogan sell the i9506 for $471.99 delivered (to Brisbane).
