Just bought the last refurbished touchscreen and refreshed to notice 11 U2412Ms going for $215. Couple of other monitors there too.

      I bought a refurb mid 2012 Dell U23xx and has never missed a beat. perfect, as new condition.

      I bought some refurbs from Dell, 3x P2414H @ $165 each. Amazing quality, one came DOA and Dell replaced it with a brand new one straight away.

      I inquired stock levels over their live chat and then received a call from a sales rep. Great service.

        Not such a plus for service from me. I did a live chat with a rep who told me she'd check monitor/bundle availability and call me back. Call never came.

        Chatted with another rep 2 hours later who said the previous rep sent an email(which also never came) saying it had already been sold.

        Decided to call the 1800 number the next day as the monitor was still showing up and got sold the exact monitor/bundle that was 'sold' yesterday.

    Rang about the U2414H 23.8" and was told that it is no longer available. Excellent customer service however!

      That's really surprising because I just bought one last week. If you know anyone who is an employee of Dell, they can get really good discounts (I got the U2414H for $230 delivered). Maybe I got the last one? Sorry, buddy!

        Oh I mean that there was one listed as refurbished and I rang about that, but by the time I got onto them they said that it was no longer available. Wow a brand new one for $230?! That's a bargain! Enjoy the screen!

          Oh yeah, you gotta be quick with that stuff. The Outlet really do have some great deals from time to time. There was an XPS 12 (12.5" screen), i7, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD for $1200 or so. Killer value. I like the new screen, but it's probably just cos I'm only doing things like Word, Notepad++, TOAD, etc, that I am not really getting the most out of it. I need to take it home to do some photo/video processing on it and see it shine.

          As a side note, I have a VAIO Z series, and the screen on that is incredible. Probably in the top 3 screens I have ever seen. Intense, vibrant colours, good contrast, sharp, clear, and great colour representation.

        The 24" version is quite good, from what I can tell. The only real downside most people raise is the price, which is understandable. If you run Display Port (MHU or whatever it's called) you can get 4K@60Hz. DisplayPort really is the superior interface; just a pity not many people got on board.

    I just built a new computer and needed a monitor (some asshole broke into our house and stole computer).

    I reserved the 24inch but decided to go for the 2714H (sorry above poster, i think there was only 1).

    The customer service was great!

    Well, if anyone else is still subscribed here…

    The dell outlet has refreshed its listing with new refurbished or AS NEW monitors on 06/08 including 3 u2414h, 2 u2412m and some 27 inchers.

    I'm not posting a new deal as it doesn't look like there's a lot of stock.
