    I remember some kid saying something like 'i got $150 for my birthday im going to buy the g700 i think $149 is good for this mouse' a couple of years ago

      It's more like a click but it's not that loud. Not a silent mouse for sure.

  You have to check availability for the store you intend to pick up from - in my case, it is out of stock for the local store and online so purchase not successful. In any case, it is no big deal to get it off ebay for $75 delivered.
