  • Have they ever sold that demolition breaker before? I need to break up and remove a 3x3m concrete slab…

    • that demolition breaker looks very similar to the bunnings ozito that I have. It is still going strong after 5 years and I've broken at least 10m3 of hard rock. So you will be fine for a 3x3m slab.

  • is this a 6 or 7ft pool table

    • +1

      https://www.google.com.au/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=…

      7ft = 213.36 cm fitting the desxription. So it's a 7ft table.

      • Asking questions pre-pool table purchase is so mainstream.

I once lived in a house where two housemates polished off a pair of tequila bottles and then got into an argument about whether it was safe to drive to the nearest pub to play pool. Commonsense (and hangovers) prevailed, and no one remembered much of the evening.

Until two weeks later. When a pool table arrived. Seemingly out of the blue.

Turns out they'd ordered one online and completely forgotten about it.

  • just bought the pool table haven't set it up yet lets see how i go

  • I got one also. I have been playing it all night.
The surface seems a little bumpy versus slate which might deter competition players.

Dont really know why, the MDF used is really smooth but apparently under the felt it develops bumps? maybe some sort of adhesive used on the felt? Small bumps, they haven't effected the balls, yet! Let me know if you have the same? Anyway…

I'm having a great time. I think its terrific for the price. I don't think you could get a normal table for that price.

  • Guys is it still any good?
    Would you buy it again?
I'm considering getting it as a starter one for the kids.
PS seems to be the same one as the "Action Play and Stow Pool table" as seen here https://www.facebook.com/somuchstuff/photos/a.21425592201612… for $199.

  • It is but that post was 2013 and I cant see any left on their web site. Also I wouldnt want to pay postage from their NSW storeroom, its 68kg. Aldi's was $249 pickup from nearly anywhere, with full return to nearly anywhere Aldi 1 year warranty. Anyway its been nearly a week and I'm still impressed with mine.

    • yeah its actually not that bad cant expect it to be as straight as a slate bed after all its $250 & imo well worth it
but the leather fabrics holding the pocket nets are starting to rip apart on mine wouldnt reccomend if you slam the balls hard in there pockets

you'd also want to get some cuetips aswell bought a set of 4 slide on ones from eBay for $4

  • After further use I must inform people that I have had the odd soft shot roll askew due to the bumps under the felt. Sucks! But you get what you pay for…….I am still happy with it for the price.

  • Hi Jighuv

bumps under the felt is weird they shouldn't be using adhesive as it is just stretched over table and secured.

maybe its just crap felt that is getting fluff coming off it between felt and timber, therefor even slate would have the problem if same felt, interested to check price on better felt.

Has everyone that brought this table had same issue or is it one off case?

  • Play N Stow Pool Table now $199 on clearance.
