    They have been pushing these so hard. I'm sort of glad I haven't got one this year as surely the parks will be packed now.
    The big question is though, what will have the most seperate deals posted. The VIP deal or the google cardboard?

      They have been pushing these fairly hard through various channels, the best deal I have seen was Groupon for $79.99. This is the best deal available at the moment and I would doubt you will see a better one.

      Staff have also received an offer for family/friends (Buy 3 Get 1 Free and 2x Staff Passes for yourself) if you do have friends that work at Village Roadshow Theme Parks ask them for their staff ID/the offer. This is valid until August 31.

      The parks have been fairly busy consistently since the VIP was introduced awhile ago, having been an Annual Passholder prior to their introduction I miss how quiet it would be!

      Not currently, discounted locals passes are generally released early in the year (and as such has shorter validity and prices).

      VRTP have stuck with Financial Year expiry on all passes, whereas Dreamworld are maintaining the relatively cheaper price throughout the year and offering different expiry.

      Whilst it is always great to get the best deal it is worth noting that these passes are a great deal at the regular price. I previously paid $300 for 12 months of Movie World/Sea World/Wet n Wild prior to their introduction.

        These are great prices but I hate the crowds it causes. I remember having these passes a few years ago and filling out a survey and my feedback was to have some historical data providing the quietest days of the year that VIP members can only have access to.
        This would surely increase their numbers through the doors.
        Unfortunately as far as I know they didn't listen to me.

      You need to get an exit stamp to get back in on the same day. You can, or at least could before, go to a different park on the same day too.

        You no longer need an entry stamp, you can simply rescan your pass. Those with day tickets ect. will need a stamp.

        You can certainly visit two parks in one day.

      You can go as many times as you want for the year. Multiple times in one day if you want or go every single day until June 2015.

      Yeah they had a similar offer for dreamworld/whitewater world a few weeks ago. Tickets were about 10% cheaper than these.

      RACQ members get 10% off the recommended retail price for all food, beverage, and retail products at Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, and Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast, upon presentation of a valid RACQ membership card. It may be the same for all AU motoring clubs.

      That is the Omniticket (internal booking system) website, it is used for certain transactions. If a $75 VIP Gold offer is appearing for you it is because you have clicked through from another website and that link has been loaded with a Promotional Offer.

      You can call and ask, they have offered it previously (at the $119.99 x3 price point). Alternatively ask if you can upgrade a standard pass to gold (again I do not work for them/do not know this policy) . I will PM you my referral details just in case.

      They may say no, but if you really want it you can always try, in my experience they will do the best they can to help.
