For the shoe that I wanted, it was a different color than what was available on the page (same brand, model, size, etc). I contacted Amazon support who helped to apply the discount for me.
When I added two units of the shoe, the shopping cart showed that I qualified for free shipping to Australia.

Not bad of a deal but sadly no Red Wings, Wolverines or Vibergs. Guess I'll go ahead and get them off eBay for $330 a pop which is still quite better than the local pricing we have here.
