A party game for horrible people

This game is for adults.

Brand New and shipped from the Australia

What is Cards Against Humanity?

Unlike most of the party games you've played before, Cards Against Humanity is as despicable

and awkward as you and your friends.

The game is simple. Each round, one player asks a question from a Black Card, and everyone else

answers with their funniest White Card.

Don't see how this is a good price when the official version is $25.

This seems to have the expansions… plus not too sure if the original site ships to Aus.

      Confirmed… doesn't ship to Aus

    • +1

I wish there was a deal for just the expansion packs.

    • +2

If you want to ship it to Australia it's $25 + $30 shipping (using their super secret international store), and does not include any expansions. I paid close to $90 to get the base game and 3 expansions shipped. Great deal for a fun party game.

edit: Just checked on the official store again, $65+$35 shipping

If you are so inclined, you can download the original and print it off yourself from their website also. You could do it fairly cheaply onto standard A4 paper. Nowhere near as nice as buying a printed copy, but if you want to try it out before buying it might be worth a shot.

Self printing to card stock likely will be expensive for most and the expansions aren't offered for free either.

Is this the official printed version

    • +1

Very valid question. Bought 2x copies plus expansions off of Ebay for their toy sale, and it's an inferior reproduction rather than the original. Barcode and printing on back of expansion packs is almost illegible.

Ask seller if items are sourced from CAH direct, or via DHGate/Aliexpress etc.

      • How's was the card quality itself [for the copy you received, likely from a different/similar source]? (the packs aren't too important)

        • Cards are pretty close, however the black area of a few cards had scratches on them, revealing white underneath. Not the best look. It affected 5 cards out of an expansion pack.

    • +1

Wow I didn't think of that and purchased it already. It doesn't seem like the official printed version since the cards seems sharp on edges and the packaging is slightly different. It is "Printed in China" rather than "Made in China"

    • +1

Agreed. Need to know this before purchase.

The site says "Professionally printed on premium playing cards"

      • And where is the warranty/guarantee?

Where is the premium gsm defined?

  • Good deal….ordered mine.
Will keep me going until Aus version released in October :-)

This game is funny the first few times you play it, after that it requires alcohol to maintain its humour. Also most of the cards are USA based and others require liberal usage of urbandictionary.
There's rumours of an Australian version

    • Agreed. I find the novelty wears off quite quickly.

"Hahahaha, that was inappropriate" next etc.

I think it's a good ice breaker as a party game, but not a game game :)

  • Damn, just bought the normal set last week :(

REP can you guys do a deal on just the expansions?

  • +1

The US version has a lot of regional references that many people won't get. UK one is better, apparently there's Aussie coming out but I'm guessing it will be filled with groan-inducing things like Poida, Croc Dundee and such.

  • Hay rep, if you have the UK version I would buy and I know there are a good few people at work who would also buy

  • +1

Would be interested if this was a guaranteed genuine version. No ABN or Aussie postal address listed.

    • same, will buy if store rep can confirm if it is genuine

      • Do we know is it's genuine as of yet? Still waiting on confirmation before I bite the bullet.

  • Ordered, paid with Paypal, no order confirmation. Waited 24 hours and emailed them requesting one. No reply yet. Will try again tomorrow to get some sort of indication they acknowledge I sent them $49.99, and then it's time to get Paypal involved.

    Hrmmm.

    • Same here, still no confirmation either.
But money has transferred from paypal.

      • I've sent a request each day for the last three via their 'Contact Us' form - the only way to contact them - and have had no response whatsoever. The 'rep' hasn't even replied here.

In the spirit of trying NOT to assume everyone on the internet is a scamtastic douchebag, they have until this time tomorrow and then I'm pulling the pin.

Serves me right for getting carried away and not doing my usual due diligence, but this felt dodgy the moment I clicked 'Confirm Order'.

        • Just received a shipping confirmation email with an Aus Post tracking number, which checks out.
Seems like it could be legit.
          Stay tuned….

Also just received an email reply from the supplier with my tracking number and this note:

And sorry for repling you so late, since I am in foreign country, and it's not convenient to stay online.
Please don't worry, you will receive the item soon.
          Best regards,
          Frank

        • @goobeva:

Hrmmm. Your comment has bought them a stay of execution until next week. Nothing received here yet, though.

        • @LineOf7s:
          Received my set

        • @goobeva:
Out of interest, when did you order? I ordered when I saw this offer - so, the 25th - and have yet to have a single piece of correspondence from them (including this thread).

If you ordered much after me, I'll have little choice than to just give up and try to get a refund out of Paypal. EquipGoPro seems uninterested in talking to me.

        • @goobeva:
Oh, and at the risk of pushing my luck, perhaps the email address they emailed you from?

I'd go ahead and just kill it, but the fact of the matter is I wouldn't have ordered it if I didn't actually want it…

        • @LineOf7s:
Well bugger me. It turned up.

No emails, no replies, no response to my Paypal claim from yesterday. Just BAM.

An odd way of doing business.

  • Posting fail.

  • I got mine today, everything was there seems fine. The cards themselves have an odd textured effect on the surface. Hard to describe, not sure what an authentic set looks like but it is the same as the pictures showed on the website. Pretty happy overall the cards look good enough quality for many drunken nights of playing, authentic or not.

    • The genuine cards have a textured feel also so this is a good sign.
