  4 people : $297/3/4 = $24.75 each.. Not under $20

    FROM is a key word
    $357/3/6 = $19.85

    So it is less than $20 per night per person if you go with 6 people. Misleading yes, but still technically correct.

    From less than $20 per person per night. That rate stands if you book for six people.

    I booked this late last year. Quite an impressive and clean place. A little walking distance from the main strip. I would rate it.

      No its not technically correct.
      Title was in caps 'FOUR' OR 'SIX' less than $20.

      You cannot stay for FOUR people for under $20, so it should not be mentioned.

      Your argument means he can say Single, Double, 4 person or 6 person from $20. Hell they can say from $15 a night (if you sleep in a cot) . Agreed if they don't mention the number of people its just misleading, but when you mention about FOUR people its a advertising lie.

        Do you even understand what from mean?

        The title was FOUR or SIX from less than $20 pp/pn. It didnt say 4 or 6 for less than $20 pp/pn

        There is a big different between those two.

        The from is widely use to describe buying something in bulk or purchase with customisation.

        It like saying buy a battery in 4 or 6 pack price starting from $1 each. With the 4 pack costing $4.5 and the 6 pack cost $6. Yes you can get battery for $1 each but you have to buy 6. That is why they have the from in there.

        And no you can't advertise as from $15 a night because you would have to actually pay the base value first before you can hire the cot for $15 which wouldnt make it $15 per person.

        Similar anology as above, just say the offer to people buying 6 pack of battery an additional batteries for only 50c each. They cant just say batteries from 50c because there is no way you can actually buy the batteries for 50c each cause you have to buy the initial 6 pack at $6 first before you can add additional batteries for 50c.

        You contradicted yourself a couple of times here..

        Firstly you say you cant say from $15 a night because you have to pay the base rate first. Well by the same logic you cant say from $20 a night as you need to pay the base rate.

        Secondary you missed my point completely. Its fine to say from $20 a night but when you mention FOUR people that is incorrect.

        OR means either option.. They must both be true to state it in advertising! Otherwise its not FOUR OR SIX. Its only SIX and that's a big difference.

  I've stayed there, it's not a bad place, the rates listed above make it a bit deceptive though.
