  What leads you to believe 1) that these are stocked here in Austrakia 2) that they are Australian Market phones?

  I did see this - 24 Month Manufacturer Warranty - full product warranty details inside the packaging.- but it does not prove anything.

    Yes it's the 24 month manufacturer warranty which is generally not available with gray imports. Also the specs says compatible with Australian 3G/4G networks. Even if it is not Australian stock it is still a good price for the phone with 24 month warranty. After all people look for Australian stock for that 2 years warranty only right?

      I am not so sure that these are the Australian Market Model, nor that the two year warranty will be supported by HTC Australia.

      After all people look for Australian stock for that 2 years warranty only right?

      SAMSUNG and HTC both have a two year warranty on their phones. However, both will only support their phones in the country of first purchase/supply.

      Apple have a one year warranty on their phones - again only in the country of first sale.
