    The terms and conditions should just say "excludes everything that has been ozbargained in the past" looks at the chromecast, t100 being excluded..

      They could just write "excludes everything you might want", then just say code invalid when you try to use it.

      This would save them refunding your money when they realise they f*ked it up and included something useful.

        Yeah seems everything is invalid these days and if not they have jacked the price up hoping you didn't notice. I'm getting sick of dse constant promotions, they are becoming a daily staple on ozbargain it seems.
