To be eligible for the issue of and use of the Discount Card you must be over sixty years of age and provide proof of this upon request

The Discount Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other sale, discount, or promotion;

Dick Smith reserves the right to cancel a Discount Card at any time if it considers that the Discount Card has been misused, or if there has been any breach of these Terms and Conditions;

Dick Smith may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice;

Dick Smith reserves the right in its sole discretion to change any offers made in connection with the Discount Card;

You agree to our collection and use of your personal information for the primary purpose of providing you with information regarding this Discount Card, student discounts and other related offers.     Hell, I live with two people over 60. They come to me and usually get about 85% discount on normal retail prices :)
