      • Thanks, I have one someone gave me, but I have to charge it from a 240V wall socket.

  • price is only around $15 in China, so just normal price.

  • Can anyone confirm which delivery service Banggood use? I'm trying to decide if I can use my Australia Post parcel locker.

  • After getting the seemingly counterfeit xiomei headphones I kinda don't trust banggood but giving them custom would reward the counterfeiting I would rather pay more from someone else just to spite them.

However they did deliver the good stuff with my Sunwayman so maybe I'm being too harsh , but how can I trust them now

      Xiomei?

      You got counterfeit of counterfeit?

      • HA Maybe a situation where 2 negatives DONT make a positive.

  • Got my Shipping notification already… now the wait.

  • wow… I bought mine, then came back here and it was expired…
    must've got the last one!!

got it for $20.29 with 28degrees mastercard.
had $20 credit from a previous promotion, so only cost me $0.29!

  • Can anyone test how fast their charger is outputting? When I plug the powerbank using their USB cable into my Nexus 5, it's showing as 1.2A when the website claims to have a 2.1A output. You can check by downloading the "Battery Monitor Widget" application and it will show the speed. Maybe the one I received was faulty? or fake perhaps? I dont know.

    • Dont worry even my samsung S4 shows 1.2A on the battery app when i use xiaomi power bank .

And even if i use the original samsung charger it shows as 1.2A.

    • Few things: Nexus 5 takes input of around 1A-1.2A, as shown by the charger that ships with Nexus 5.
The battery monitor widget is not very reliable.

The Xiaomi does output 2.1A if all the conditions are met; device that's taking in 2.1A, cable is small or thick enough, etc.

    • On mine: 1% is roughly 1 minute.
Compared to the stock standard charger given which is around 1% per 90 seconds.

Note that the Nexus 5 can take 1.8 perfectly fine.

Not expired yet - 10:45am Friday

    • Yes still valid, ordered the 10400 one.

  • Anyone received anything?

    • +2

Give it a few weeks I reckon.. They're slow and steadily making their way through the Chinese mail system.

    • +1

I received an email today advising they were out of red and did I want to swap for another colour. They said it would be sent soon. Hopefully before Christmas

      • I normally pay $1.xx extra for register airmail should be a bit faster.

  • Anyone received theirs yet?

    • Nop

    • I actually got the silicon protective case today. No powerbank though.

    • these name of departments/depots in chinese are so confusing… didnt even know what they mean or where they at.

  • NVM…all good..

I feel like this will never arrive, like my other orders… :/

  • Has anyone got it yet?

    • Nop

    • Nothing yet, although 20 business days won't be for another week, so am hoping to get it by the end of next week.

      • As you say - not outside their advertised time for delivery yet so not panicking
When you buy at this price you expect slow delivery - now if it doesn't come or is fake, well …

        • Arrived today - just on time
Seems legit - works anyway :)

Got both of them today. Fairly certain it's genuine.

  • So over this wait, never ever buying from them again.

  • I remember getting one. Can't remember if i paid with credit card or paypal. =_= no emails from banggood. lol
Just checked this thread and see everyone still waiting for theirs~ so slow~

  • Forgot I ordered this. Finally came in the mail today! looks genuine based on this http://www.spemall.com/forum/topic/1109-how-to-tell-xiaomi-p…

  • Got mine today! So far it looks genuine, I might open it later to double check.

    • Yep mine is genuine! I checked with the verification code on the side of the box (you have to scratch the Chinese with grey background) and entered in onto the Xiaomi website. Said my code had only been entered once (the time I entered it). Happy!

  • Also received mine, went through the checks and it's genuine!

  • Got mine today too!

  • Can't we verify by serial number or something?

I don't think mine is genuine because I've measured its output and it's only 1amp.
I know for a fact that cable and my S4 on custom kernel can take in 2amp because that's how I charge it everyday and can monitor exactly how much current it's taking in.

    • As Yuun Yii said, there's a serial number on the box, you have to scratch off the Chinese with grey background.

Enter it here to check if it's genuine.

  • just received mine today, genuine.

Quite heavy for the size but works great

  • My red xiaomi has arrived. Thanks banggood.

  • Mine arrived today too

  • All the guides to spotting fakes seem to indicate the printing on the bottom should be a very light colour, whereas mine is a darker grey. Still, the serial I entered on the website seems to indicate its genuine…

    • Just a heads up, the serial is on the box (packaging) and when I received mine the box was not sealed except by a round circle sticker.

I would check if anything else looks off as a precaution.

  • Okay well mine says "Your security code is millet mobile power produced code official Security code your query has been queried 1 time"

So I'm guessing it's geniune, but when I tested it, it could only charge 3 galasy s4 i9505 batteries which is 2600mah

    2600mah x 3 = 7800

Still not as high as rated!

    Anyone tested the capacity yet?
Also, what are the cells inside like, I mean what's the lowest voltage they can take before being damaged like lipos?

  • Anyone else apart from myself still waiting for the item to arrive?

    • I'm still waiting on mine :(

      • Just got mine today, took a while but its finally here

  • Still waiting for mine, I emailed them and got this reply

"i just checked and found that it was returned back to our warehouse from oversea, there is no exact reason for it,beg your pardon.Do you mind we resend it with other kind shipping method or refund it to you firstly?"

    I'm guessing they don't have any stock…

  • +1

Mine arrived about 2 weeks ago, and checked as GENUINE.

    http://order.mi.com/service/dyscode

Note you have to enter the 20 digit code off the scratch panel AND a Captcha question (maths eg: 6-3=).

Easier to use if you use Chrome and translate the page so you know where to type the info and what buttons to click,

If anyone still gives a shit, i actually tested mine last night. On a full charge, charging an iPad air on 7% battery when i started, it charged it up to 86%… not too shabs. So (and bare in mind these are very rough figures, from a battery ametuer):

    Ipad air - 8,827 mAh
    7% Charge - 618 mAh
    86% Charge - 7,591 mAh

So a full drain on this gave me approx 6,973 mAh to my iPad air. FWIW.

  • For the record, I have charged my Samsung Galaxy S2 four and a half times (has a 1650 mAh battery, so makes it around 7500 mAh) and there is still juice left in the Xiaomi :)

The real test for me now is to see how many times I can charge the S2 after the Xiaomi is fully charged then left in the bug out bag for three months.

    • I got around the same with my S2 as well!

  • Finally arrived. I got 3 - 2 dark grey and 1 light grey. The light grey one matches all the genuine pictures in the threads and the verification code checks OK.

The 2 dark grey ones I was unable to verify because half of the numbers rubbed off when I scratched the code. They are also closer to the pictures of the fake than the genuine. The font is dark on the bottom and the micro-usb is black (not white).

Also the dark grey ones have 'mi.com' printed on one side. The light grey one has 'xiaomi.com'

I have used the dark grey and it seems to work well.

Did anyone else get the dark grey?

    • Yeah I got the dark grey. I was able to verify the code on the box. My dark grey had 'xiaomi.com' printed on it however. And also the USB port was a grey colour inside.

      • Thanks. Looks like I may have got 2 fakes. I'll probably have to open one up to make sure.

        • I had similar inconsistencies with mine, so i'm not sure if Xiaomi has tweaked a few things since those guides to spotting fakes were made. The serial did check out as genuine on their website though.

        • @Jorkus: It's hard to tell because there hasn't been any information written about the grey power bank, only for the silver one.
