Not sure if available at other Ikea stores. Does not come with concrete slabs, so you need to buy four 30x30cm concrete slabs (minimum total weight of slabs 50kg) from Bunnings or some other hardware store to secure the bottom. About 50 left, just in front of as-is section.

It has changed, but as long as you purchase something you can scan the barcode at the bottom of your Ikea receipt at the parking ticket machine for 4 hours of free parking.
Just get ready to play "scan or not-to-scan" with the barcode reader and your receipt whilst the 10 people or so in the line behind you giving you the evil-eyes because the damn thing won't scan your barcode :)

for any other stores you shop at, there is NO free parking…
@jv: Are they cracking down on this? i just walk in the Ikea exit and go straight to the parking ticket thing at the Ikea register and validate my ticket myself. Probably been a month or two since i have been.

Coles and Kmart have no minimum purchase that I can see, but you only get 1 hr parking with them…
Still, it's a pain the butt when you pop in to use one of the other stores and don't really want to go to Coles or Kmart…

The thing that bugs me is half the time i go to Ikea Richmond they have sold out of what i was after even though the website said they had stock. If I had to pay for parking and they had no stock, i would go postal.
