    Can someone who has this at home tell me what kind of ADSL is required for this. I know it says 2Mb minimum, but I would like to know from experience.

      I am using the WELTV with similar ADSL speed. No issue but I found the server is bit slow between 6pm to 8pm. Personally, WELTV is better because I own both.

      We are with TPG ADSL2+ and currently running TVPAD3 + WELTV constantly without any issue.

    I think the price of these chinese IPTV stb's will drop even more now that TVB has launched their own box, TVB Anywhere. It's soon to be released here in AU within the next month or so as ads to selling it all over the place. Supposedly replaces satellite & still req. monthly subscription. The selling point is the 3G/4G streaming anywhere outside your home like a built-in slingbox/vulkano flow/belkin @tv.

    Just bought one, didn't notice the 2% (+$4.98) paypal surcharge until too late, would have got it at the other place otherwise.
    Hopefully its truly express post, I guess that would make up for it… maybe :(

    Dear Skycomp rep Robert,
    i bought one Weltv from Skycomp a month ago, paying $272. delivery was quick, but your customer service is appalling! i emailed you twice about my weltv querries, you never replied back, tried callling your number, phone never picked up, tried your online chat, no response. very disappointed! You should not advertise here if you do not intend to provide your customers with a decent customer service. I am sorry for been blunt, but i am really disappointed about your service.

    Does the WelTV has the same problem as the one being sold by onestop? Try putting the unit into standby through the power button on the remote, then press the power button again to turn the unit on, does the unit startup or it hangs?

      Sorry for the late response. Just tried it and it came back on as soon as I pressed the power button on the remote. I have not heard any issue with the the power button before.
