    Popped in today. Application forms are by register at front entrance. Luckily I had deal from link to show on phone as woman did not know about it. No problems, it shows up as rewards for $400 purchase - shown on receipt. No purchase necessary.

    But in store application takes a day to process, so better done online & redeem in store.
