careful… I believe from here: http://ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=30771&vpn=0A53487&man… that this HD is larger than normal and probably won't work in a PS3 then.

All specs I have read have the drive as a 9.5mm not the larger 12mm 2.5" drive there is no reason it wouldnt fit in a ps3, Here is a review from a user that has installed this model in a PS3
