Good point! Because I had used up my three transactions to get the discount I didn't think about that, I will update.

      • You didn't create another account?

If you look at the reviews on the Dick Smith site http://www.dicksmith.com.au/home-theatre-systems/lg-3d-blura… they are all positive but one who didn't understand that wireless still meant wires into a receiver. Mind you one person says update firmware immediately. I'll see how it goes when I receive mine!

    • I know that but DS is selective about which review is allowed and which not. Don't accept to many negs.

      • Dodgy how they can do that!

  • anyone have this,I am thinking of getting for the family for christmas is it worth it???

  • Heres a good user review from 02 Jun 14.. translated! http://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?depth=1&l…

  • Reviews aren't too good - http://www.productreview.com.au/p/lg-bh7530wb.html

EDIT: Whoops, just saw I have been beaten to it!

  • Bought one of these for my father in law. Worst mistake ever.

Definitely advise against it and he a LG TV too thought compatibility wouldn't be an issue as we bought them both on the same day.

    • Out of curiosity did you update the firmware?

    • +1

Can you elaborate in what is wrong with it? Apart from presumably cheap sound quality.

Your father in law's a TV??

        Pisser!

Are you thinking what I'm thinking

already mentioned in other deal but you have to update the firmware from lg site…

  • My mate had this, and returned it to get one of those sound bars. The sound bar was more expensive, and I was a little surprised because I thought the LG would sound better with the rear speakers. It's a good price.

  • I LOL'd at the "*cable not supplied" bit at the end. Wireless in two ways, apparently.

  • Planning to buy this. Does anyone know whether you can leave out the rear speakers. I was planning on getting a 2.1 system but considering this price of this system, I might buy this.

  • I bought this a while back. Wireless doesn't work- it wants to connect to a network point, for ADSL. So my wireless network is pointless.
Wish I'd returned it, but now its too late and I'm stuck with someone that won't work.
