I wonder why it prints so close to the page edges ?!?

Less pages/paper? I love thin margins. Such a waste of surface area, notes are for notepads not margins methinks ;-P

Yeah but this is beyond "thin" - there is no margin at all !!!

Many printers don't handle this well (and will "white-out" letters, parts of diagrams, etc), so you will probably need to shrink and create some margins anyway ;-)

But then, having used various Cisco resources for many years, I often find that "page layout" is not one of their strong points :p

Just click print as PDF and it let you save a PDF with margins in portrait.

  • Thanks!

  • For those who find it daunting to dive in, this is great Thanks TA

  • Great thanks TA

  • Struggled big time with this, and related Networking units, at Uni.
Networking has never ever been one of my strengths (in Info Systems) despite being told to try, try again with the use of various resources.

Just scrolling through some of this handbook, this is incredible! I like how I can easily "group together" my preferred list of topics, from those available. Not used to such thin margins, but its more the information within that i value

    Thanks TA

  • great find

  • Thanks TA.

  • Big thanks for this, sitting my CCNA exam in a few weeks so this will be a great help :)

  • cheers for this. as a dev i was really looking forward to doing complex technical stuff but ended up spending the majority of my time dealing with business !@#$. as much as we give network admins a bad rep i truly envy them for getting all the fun.

i tried lammles videos and they were a great overview but useless for the test without his 6000 word book. the book was well written but way too long and overtly complicated, i know of no such business's that use subnetting on that depth.

  • Hmmm… we got 711 pp (per UB Reader)… Landscape mode…

  • Thanks
