It's more Uncharted than Splinter Cell. A lot of the promised features that would have been more faithful to the originals got canned, like disguises and the mark & execute/killing in motion thing was severely crippled (it's basically like Hitman Absolution's implementation, mark and shoot some guys and hope they don't react in time to shoot back).

Definitely pales in comparison to the likes of Chaos Theory or Pandora Tomorrow, but somehow I still managed to enjoy it.

Agreed. And I also love OzB's +/- voting. Helps people realise it's nice to be nice on the internet :)

Shame its not on Steam :/

Still waiting for a 'Complete'; pack to be available via steam :(

Uplay ruins all ubisoft games for me tbh. Ditto origin and ea.

I don't know how they manage to implement the crap into Xbox games, but there it is: bloody uPlay pay-to-play (…the game you have already bought)

Brilliant game. As a long time Splinter Cell fan I felt like this one was a good 'return to form' - no, it isn't quite as complicated as chaos theory etc, and no Michael Ironside but there are multiple ways to complete missions and a ton of stealth options. Plus it looks great.

    $5 is a great deal.

Good deal but the game is 19.5gb download and the uplay servers are slow as

I'm not a fan of uPlay, but I haven't noticed an issue with speeds. I downloaded a patch for Watch_Dogs today and it was even ticking over faster than a Steam download.

      • new patch for watch_dogs?
