  • tried sunset overdrive plus last of us, and still wont work….

    • maybe it's because the PS4 game is Sony?

like everything, Sony branded is excluded.

  • I bought a fitbit flex. :) $112.98 delivered less $15 for Amex brings it down to: $98. So about $30 off.

    • great buy, will update the deal with that

      • I added the camera lens cloth etc to get "free" delivery. Click and Collect didn't have any in stock in the stores near me, supposedly, in Melbourne CBD.

Should have gone with the 'C' sized batteries. :/ I actually have a use for them, LOL.

I am also interested in the Fitbit Flex…but still not sure if it's worth $100…hmmm

      • not worth $100!

        $93 however…. :)

        • I bought it 2 weeks ago for $103 + a free $20 gift card (that I am still awaiting, the GC) from DSE with father's day deal.
it is pretty cool I have been using it for 2 weeks already, and it actually motivates me to walk a bit more at work like parking far from the entrance, or going for more walk in the warehouse/outside during break time.

I am also entering my water/day which also makes me drink more water and feeling better !

pretty cool thing so far then

        • I bought it 2 days after father's day at $98 with $20 card, when they had the Fitbit+$20 card on special.

@skinny: 2 days and you're already skinny, must really work well :)

        • Its worth it just to try and get to 10,000 steps a day if you are a lazy ass like me :p Its still a bit gimmiky in that its really just an expensive pedometer that you have to occasionally recharge. I'd personally wait for future generations which may include pulse rate etc.

In terms of accuracy … its about 80% on elliptical, 90% running/walking. Mine seems to artificially increase the number of steps taken slightly.

If you've got friends who own them it makes it a nice competitive gadget.

Ok, now I'm interested…a device that does the bullshitting for me; that's workin' smarter, not harder! ;)

@StewBalls: I think it counts 2 for a swing of the arm (forward + backward)

    Thanks OP.
    Q. Are these vouchers applicable to selected products only? just tried buying an Apple TV ($109), thought the SHOP20 would be applicable to this but came back with an error :-(

    • +1

Excludes apple in the Ts and Cs sorry.

Can't believe it, no Eneloop deals…

Xbox deal posted above is pretty good. Can't find any stores with stock so most would need to add $9.95 for shipping. Brings it to $435 which I think is pretty good for the console + 2 games of which 1 is Destiny.

    • +2

add one of the free shipping items. then you get the item and pree shipping.

Don't forget to make sure you're registered for the amex promo first, if you're going to use that.

  • I can't use the promo code SHOP20 to purchase Toshiba Basic Portable Hard Drive 2TB Black :(

    http://www.dicksmith.com.au/discover-one-of-the-easiest-ways…

I checked the T&C but couldn't find anything that says excluding USB HDD or items which are already on sale.

This is the reason why Amazon and Fleabay always get my business.

    • Same here. tried to purchase a Toshiba slim hard drive and the code doesn't work. So frustrating.

    • me three. why's that :(.
