    At this point I'd like to say that there is no evidence to suggest an alkali diet is any better for you than a balanced healthy diet of basic and acidic food. The fact that there is no ingredients list or breakdown of nutritional benefits on the site also makes me curious.

    i recall studies which suggest that taking antioxidant suppliments can actually decrease your life span. you are better off just eating fruit & veggies which you can get cheaply at a fruit shop.
