Refurbished, but I have yet to hear of an Apple refurbished item that didn't look pristine and comes with 1 year warranty

ahh i'm not disputing the fact that $4 can buy you much happiness, but for something like this, i'd much rather new

Ummm.. last post about JB ATV3 from that site is back in August 2013 and they were saying that 'it's coming soon' or 'in the next few weeks'

Must be clearing stock for the ATV4. Hopefully that's announced with the new iPads. The atv3 is heading towards 3 years old now, so its well overdue for an upgrade.
