  • What I hate about TGG is they won't deliver to a PO Box. Most everyone else I've dealt with don't have this limitation.
I bought something from them a month ago. Supposedly, I wasn't home when they tried to deliver it (I was!), so what did they do… put a 'missed delivery' card in my letter box, and dropped it off at… (surely you can see where this is going)… the post office.
There's a dent in one of my walls where I was banging my head.

    What a bunch of morons.

The no P.O box thing is really annoying but it's because they send by courier.

This picture pretty much sums it up:

    • Most places that use couriours services don't send to PO box's,

I think even EB games don't do PO box as its used on their account checks against the CC used or something.

Each company to their own, either use a home address or a business address

  • how does the cashrewards thing work?

      1. Register on cashrewards.com.au website.

      2. After registration and logging in, use the search menu to search for 'ebay'.

      3. Use the cashrewards.com.au re-direction link to buy your item on ebay.

      4. In about a month, you'll be able to get 2% of your purchase re-credited back to your bank-account.

TIP: Don't have the item saved in your wish-list for more than 24Hrs otherwise you won't get cash-back.

        why not?

  • Thanks got one.

  • Great price. I've been running six of these drives for the last 9 months in my NAS without any problems at all. Was so impressed with their 'bang-for-buck' I purchased two more in their raw format last week for another NAS box but paid $20+ more than this. Not to worry.

      That's a lot of terabytes.

    • each time u add the new drive, do u need to rebuild?

and how do u do it?

      how long it takes?

what nas u use? why not use freenas vs dedicated nas?

      • I used the first six drives in an N54L running RAID6 with FreeNAS but got sick of how complex it was so recently rebuilt it with Xpenology and have now seen the light :) I'm so impressed with Xpenology I've built up a 2nd NAS for a friend using a pair of 4TB Seagates and will probably be building another similar for another friend.

Not sure why Seagate gets such a bad wrap because I've never had a problem with them. Cheap & cheerful all the way!

        • can u add more drives an to existing raid / nas?

        • @tyler.durden:
Although I haven't done it yet I'm pretty sure you can however you may have to make a new 'Volume' for anything extra… but that's no biggie as they'll still look like they're part of the NAS when browsing.

        • What raid setup do you use for the 2 drives?

        • @theguru1:
          RAID1 (Mirror)

  • Now out of stock :-(

  • I like this post (Y)
