      The Pace shoe is a Julius Marlow classic design, definitely worth considering as a work and/or dress shoe and features the quality crystal sole for long lasting wear.

      I don't know why you were negged, because it is absolutely true.

      Square toed shoes are a bad idea as a general rule. They look clunky and more people notice than you might think.

    I've already got a pair of Julius Marlow. Looking for another (especially with the crystal sole as it's the only sole that last more than 6 months for me)

    My current shoe that I'm wearing says size ten. Will that be the same as the 10UK? (Shoe doesn't say if it's UK/AU/US)

        from what I've found, UK sizes are one down on the AUS sizes (that you'd buy in store)
        so if you're a 10 (that you bought here) then I'd recommend getting a 9

        source: my nikes are US12 (bought here) but are UK size 11

        unless you're a female, in which case all UK sizes are standardised to male sizes (a 10 for females is roughly a 6 or 7 for UK sizes)

          If your current Julius Marlow shoe says size 10, please purchase 10UK in this Julius Marlow Pace shoe. Julius Marlow shoes tend to be fairly consistent from style to style.

          Usually UK/AUS sizes are the same for mens shoes. US sizes are different. You usually need a larger size in US sizes for men. E.g. if you wear 10AUS/UK in mens, you would need 11US.

      Crystal sole? Interesting.

      The default sole on JM is shocking. I had the Bullet style replaced twice within warranty before coughing up and having them resoled with something that actually worked. I resoled them within the warranty period. Now they are still going, but it set me back $45.

      Hi I suggest taking any new tight shoes to any shoe repair shop which can put the shoes in a special stretching machine for 24 hours. This works to soften the leather and will help with the issue you are talking about.

    bought once from this seller from their previous deal, very dissapointed with the shoe's quality especially the insole. And, their return policy not as good, buyer is responsible to pay for the postage sending back to the seller for exchanging sizes

    Are Julius Marlow shoes comfortable?
    Last time I had to wear dress shoes was in high school and Windsor Smiths although looking good absolutely killed my feet even though they cost a lot of money.
    Went to a pair of Hushpuppies and they were great. Cheaper and lasted through five years of high school and still looked good at the end.

    OP - After a recommendation for new shoes work dress shoes (black). I currently wear Hush Puppies director 10 e+ (from label), prefer non-square shoe, normally wear wide fitting shoes and find Hush Puppies normally fit most comfortable straight out the box but have had Julius Marlow before but was more picky on fitting.
