Van Heusen Business Shirts $34.95 (Half Price) from Myer

170

I went to Myer Bourke St Melbourne today and picked up 2 business shirts for $34.95 each. This is part of the sale which starts tomorrow but they are selling the shirts today at that price. Heaps of stock for the popular sizes in classic fit and euro fit. Most shirts are made out of the "Easycare" material.

    I miss The Mens Shop.
They had deals where you'd pay $75 for 3, thus making each shirt $25 each.

  • DFO, Homebush has the Van Heusen factory outlet. 4 shirts for $100 (Classic Fit & European Fit) is there normal price. Shirts with Cufflinks were $ 120-140 for 4 shirts.

  • Thanks OP, where is the exact floor location? what level?

  • I've tried CarbonCopy shirts and have been happy with the quality, they almost always have a 3 for $99 with free shipping deal;
    3 Shirts for $99 - CarbonCopy Shirts

And sometimes shirts go for as low as $19, i believe its all 100% cotton

  • Can confirm that there was quite a few $34.95 business shirts at Myer Sydney CBD - there's a bunch near the change rooms on the men's clothing level.

I just bought a Van Heusen Navy colour business shirt for $12 from Myer online the other day (was free shipping on the weekend). If you click on sizes 42-82, 43-86, 44-90 and 44-94 are still showing as $12. That's 3 business shirts for $36 or 5 shirts for $60 if you can do free click and collect.

For the larger men size 50 in Mint colour is available for $12 each shirt.

  • A bit of a pain for some people but Van Heusen are always on sale in the US department stores, e.g. Macys, for US$15-$20. This is where I get mine from. You should be able to order online and use a US forwarding address and still get them cheaper than what Myer sells them for.

    • Buy from Myer online for $12 each if the sizes are right if you don't mind a Navy coloured shirt as i pointed out. Some sizes from 42 to 44 are still available for $12 each.

      • Yep I did see that. I should have added on my comment above that Macy's has them pretty much all year round and you get plenty more choices.

        • Yep i'm just basically implying that the $12 each deal which i pointed to from Myer online is a better deal than the $34.95 each shirt in the topic. 3 Van Heusen business shirts for $36 at the $12 each if can do click and collect at a Myer store.

    • Add in exchange rate, shipping costs, the wait time. And is it still worth a few dollars saving?
Plus u know u are helping employment and Australian tax is paid.

Too much hassle to rob the govt and youth employment of a few bucks.

  • What is difference between classic fit and euro fit?

  • Anyone know what "EasyCare" material is? Im looking for good quality cotton business shirts.

  • That's an ok deal if you need a shirt today or are a popular size. They have a range that's normally 3 for $100. Will soon got to 25%, 50% and 75% of the reduced price.
