Recently realised im not a fan of african coffees for some reason. They seem to lack the nutty/caramel/chocolate notes i buy fresh beans for.
Yeah, the Kenyans tend to be quite unique and often with more florally or citrus notes and a good acidic kick.
Often great for espresso or pour over. We use a Zambian bean in one of our blends which has a more chocolaty orange profile but if you're wanting the nutty, caramel and chocolaty notes then you'll find them more in our blends and also in a lot of the Brazilian coffees :-)
Got some nice Colombian singles as well with very chocolaty profiles like the Esperanza
