Sorry I don't have more information regarding times but I'd imagine it would be all day. It appears they will be handing out free tall cans of all coke varieties (coke, coke zero, diet coke).

It sounds like the same thing that they did at southern cross station in Melbourne last week. I snagged a coke easy enough, it's a 250ml can so it would depend how out of your way it is!
A mini 1.4m can may be like how hotwheels are mini full sized cars. I am betting it's a 250ml mini.

It's a mini fridge 1.4m high attached to a mini convenience store with a dude in it. The dude was regular size.
