  I stayed at QT a couple of weeks ago. They were so rude to my husband,a very frequent guest there, that I felt like jumping over the counter and punching the guy. All the front desk staff bar one was rude. After a really hot shower,I collapsed on the bed and it got quite damp in a larger than body shaped area and because of my spray tan, there was a faint outline to the damp spot. It was pretty obviously soiled and wet. Housekeeping just made the bed up. When we came back that afternoon we called and asked them to change the sheets. Initially they refused. I hate the admin staff here bar and restaurant staff are tolerable. The Mexican food was brilliant. They have taco Tuesday two dollar tacos as well as Mexican food all the time.

    I heard that Taco Tuesday got changed to Freedom Friday…but still on a Tuesday.

      We were customers of the QT. But scoopon customer service is now perhaps the best in the industry.

  I've stayed at QT Sydney, and as much as I love the hotel, like voteoften, I too was not a fan of the staff. Any request I made seemed like a major inconvenience for them, which is a bit of a shame (and major turn off for me) really, because the hotels are great. This is a good deal, I think, but, I'm not the slightest bit interested in being treated like an inconvenience, when I'm on holidays. :(
