Onboard credit is completely different from a voucher book to be used in places you may have no interest in.

  • yeah you right. Will correct the info,
A friend of mine told me about a credit. This is not a credit.((

  • The link is to a US only website requiring a zip code. how did you book?

  • just put any address.
find a motel and put its address.
any American address. it worked for us

Only $1061aud directly from Royal Caribbean. http://www.royalcaribbean.com.au/findacruise/cruiseDetails/i…

  • yes it comes to 2223 AUD for two.
    then its not a special
    moderators will clean it up.

didn't see first that price on official Royal Caribbean web site.

So you did not think to look at the local price before going to effort of booking overseas…

Royal do allow booking overseas still, but a proper US agent will use your Australian address no problem and not require making things up.

      • Attitude sounds a bit ungrateful and nitpicky If trying to educate have you ever heard of a feedback sandwich?

  • a friend of mine booked it and he has a card in USD.
this rate is AUD might be even slightly less.

Don't worry about the Nay Sayers… you will have a great time. I have been on two Mediterranean cruises out of Barcelona thru to Italy & Greek islands Croatia etc. last year and the year before and going this coming January - Sydney to Singapore. You get hooked on cruise ships and you will want to go again and again, have a great time when you go and the price you paid is reasonable for ocean view cabin. the prices fluctuate dramatically as they try and fill cabins. last cruise we went on I paid $1400 each they went down to $900 later then back to $1800.

I have been on this cruise liner to the South Pacific. The boat and on board activities are great, the destinations..meh, I would rather stay on the boat.

The Rhapsody is small (in comparison to others) but a beautiful holiday. I couldn't recommend it more. 12 days is a perfect amount of time because anymore and you'd get a bit restless. Even if this deal doesn't work for Aussies, I'd suggest it full price. A true ozbargainer would go for an inside room anyway.
