  • Great deals! I'm holding off until Boxing Day but finding it extremely hard :p I'm after the LG 42LB6500 Im hoping I'll get it for $600

  • dont u mean… jb hifi on your title..

    • lol yes thanks :)

  • WebOS lives!

  • Can we get Netflix app on the LG if we have a VPN on our router like bravias? I Googled but couldn't see if they come geolocked

    • Nah, unfortunately it's all geolocked with no way to get around it even with a VPN :(

      • Bugger, thanks for that, better stick to the Bravia then!

      • +1

Netflix will be here soon anyway

        • I bet double the US price though.

        • @PVA: Like everything else probably but it would be worth it just being able to use the service properly.

  • Is the LG 42" better quality than the Samsung 40" ?
    http://www.dicksmith.com.au/tvs/samsung-40-full-high-definit…

    • In 3D, Panasonic and LG are generally preferred over Sammys. You know, the whole active vs. passive thingy. In the end comes down to your own preference. Better head down to your local JB/TGG/any other shop and see for yourself.

In picture quality both LG and Samsung are good.
