Get Xbox One AC bundle, Sunset Overdrive, Forza Horizons 2, MCC and 12 months Xbox Live for $480. Maybe $460 if another $20 coupon can be found.
I'm waiting too, but it's worth noting that Sunset Overdrive appears to be removed from the list of free games. Hopefully they'll put it back (or add in Halo MCC).
It is in their promotional image at the top of those bundle deals. Also Forza Horizon 2 and Sunset OD are right next to it. They really want to sell some consoles for the Christmas season so hopefully they will restock the games soon.

I believe it is. XBO without Kinect is $499 compared to $599 with Kinect. Where the PS4 was $550 from the start.
