  • It's really only 3 games (wii sports is included in all wii's anyway)

nothing too special, but decent bundle anyway

    crappy games. >_>

I'd rather have got the wii bundle that came with wii fit for the same price. At least the wii fit is worth $100, I wouldnt pay $20 for these games. >_>

It's good seeing more Wii bundles coming out however.

  • Anyone looking for a Wii should be getting their mouse hand in shape for Wednesday's Pressure Cooker sale at COTD! Sure it'll be a battle to the death, and they won't have many at $199, but if you get one you're cheering! ;)

    • and probably to much disappointment and whinging. Apparent price drop is on its way anyway.

  • do u guys know if any good promo will come out for xmas? wanan get one but no hurry and gonna save..
i have a crappy old nec tv.will it be any good or i should connect it to my laptop? 13" asus

    • Given you have to stand back and swing the controller around for most games, you might find a 13" screen a bit small from a distance.

An old tv is fine. You can get a cheap adapter for a few dollars from the $2 shop, Reject shop, Go-Lo, etc if need be. We aren't talking high resolution graphics with this console - Think PS/2 quality with an innovative control and mainly kiddy/party games and you wont be disappointed.

The Wii is rumoured for an official price cut on Sep 27th, so we may see even better deals after then.

    • is that Australian? US? or Worldwide?

      • With the amount of sales and promotions going on with the Wii in Australia at the moment, it seems that Nintendo Australia is more than ready to cut the price.

The cut is long over due, and the Wii isn't far off being the dearest console on the market if they don't make a move soon.

Simple answer: Who knows. Wait a week a see :)

  • Not really exciting at all, its just shovelware.
