    Door to door warranty? What does that mean? I tell you I got a problem, and you send someone over to my door to collect it?

      Yes. If you find any manufacturer fault within the warranty period, simply contact us. We will send a courier to your address to collect the faulty item and have it sent back to us. Once it is repaired, we will ship it back to your address.

          SM-N910H is an Indonesian model (Asia Pacific officially), has NO 4G. I know because I have just been there.

          Technically we are both correct. They use the exact same hardware, including the modem (DB7450R) which supports LTE. But in the H variant, LTE is disabled. I did not expect that. I apologise for the mistake.

      grey import stock is normally 12 months and its not covered by samsung Australia.. Australian stock warranty is 24 months and covered by Samsung Australia.hope this clear it for you

    By my reckoning we have 30 days price match for $898 (what our receipts show) from these retailers:

    Harvey Norman, JB Hi Fi, Dick Smith, Appliances Online, Retravision, Bing Lee or Masters

    So see it for less than $898 and claim 120% of the difference.
