    @anuryry: That's the same bundle they are advertising in store at the moment. It also includes a HDMI cable so you may get that too. Take a copy of the paper advertisement in too and see whether you can also get included COD Advanced Warfare.

      I reveided the same email when I placed an order for the Telstra starter packs the other day, but then received a confirmation email about 15 minutes later. Open a chat window and get one of their online team to look into it for you.

          @Hardlyno: But they will accept back orders. So you can still get the deal, but you just have to wait a little longer. If a cheaper price appears in the meantime you just have to ask HN to match it with their 30 day price guarantee.

    Guys I bought the Xbox one bundle online last night 1am, just picked up from store (though i did not get a confirmation, just walked into store after purchasing online).

    Read this

    There are 2 different offers….
    The ONLINE OFFER is that of Xbox One + Kinect + Forza2 (physical copy) + Just Dance (physical copy)
    + download copies of
    -Dance central Spotlight
    -AC Unity
    -AC Black Flag
    All for $497

    Now there's another offer doing rounds (as published in newspapers)
    THIS IS INSTORE ONLY (did not see this online)
    It is that of Xbox One + Kinect + 'Download Codes ONLY for 4 games'
    -CoD AW
    -Dance central Spotlight
    -AC Unity
    -AC Black Flag
    All for $497

    Interesting part: (for the online offer)
    Forza 2 (physical copy) is NOT in stock in 95% of the stores.
    That person checked in quite a few stores in NSW & ACT (stores far off from city might have stock like newcastle and other NSW regions, but in sydney and western/eastern suburbs or ACT no stock)
    They DONT have stock for Forza 2

    I somewhat managed to persuade (if thats a better word for long argument) them to give me a CoD AW - Physical copy instead of Forza2 or CoD AW digital copy (though it was not a part of online offer bundle).

    They gave me a choice to either go with ONLINE offer OR IN-STORE OFFER. Hence were not willing to give me a CoD AW in-lieu-of Forza2. In fact CoD AW Physical copy is NOT a part of ANY offer.

    Please check before buying the Xbox One bundles….its chaotic at their stores with the Harvey Norman staff at many stores not having a clue about Xbox One bundles.

    Finally i got:
    The ONLINE OFFER but with even better game…

    Xbox One + Kinect + CoD AW (physical copy) + Just Dance (physical copy)
    + download copies of

      I had a similar (but potentially better) experience. Bought online the deal with XBONE + Kinect + Forza/Assassin's Creeds/Dance Centrals.
      I called up and asked as they had it in stock could I pick it up. "Sure thing".
      Went in to pick it up, asked which games were bundled and they were trying to give me just AC Black Flag + Unity (download) and Dance Spotlight (download) - there were no physicals in my pack.
      I pointed him to the online ad, and he scratched his head for a while and came back and said that was fine, but that he didn't have physical copies of either Just Dance or Forza Horizon 2.

      I asked if I could get COD AW instead of Forza (assuming physical). He wasn't sure. Went and checked with someone. Came back and asked if I would take a digital download for COD AW in lieu of the Just Dance (physical) game. I said sure, and asked about Forza - he said he put through a separate order for me on backorder for a physical copy of that game too.

      So my bundle ended up being
      Xbox One + Kinect + COD AW (digital download) + Forza Horizon 2 (when in stock) (physical)
      + download copies of
      -Dance central Spotlight
      -AC Unity
      -AC Black Flag
      All for $497

      Given I'm getting the two games I actually wanted (COD + Forza) + a kinect bundle console for $497 I'm pretty stoked, and was surprised he offered it as an option. The price tag on the console bundle was $597 and the tag on the COD AW game download token was $0.01.

      He also commented that someone in head office had stuffed up and that this bundle was meant to be $100 more expensive, but said I got a great deal (I agreed).

      Anyway- looks like it's possible to get a different offer depending on your local store..!

    Bought the Harvey Norman PS4 bundle today at 9am at Liverpool NSW had some work to do got home 5pm went to put it on, when I start it it goes to safe mode after trying to fix it I called up ps4 support they said try this http://us.playstation.com/support/systemupdates/ps4/new-inst… and if that doesn't work call back to organize for another one to be sent.

    The update didnt work, tried to call ps4 support again and they closed at 6. Anybody else buy the bundle at harvey norman and can not start their playstations.

    Since my local Harvey Norman is out-of-stock, i decided to go to JB and got them price match and got the same prize and same bundles at JB. Just remember that if Harvey Norman runs out, just goto other stores and price match and hopefully you can get the same deal.

        Yep I just picked mine up in store. They are completely sold out but mine was sitting in the back for collection. Didn't have any ready to pick up email or anything.

        I called the online CS yesterday as I was hearing that stores are getting sold out quick smart so I was a bit nervous that I wouldn't get mine till ages later. They said either I can call the store directly to see if it's ready or they can call for me back then someone will call me back but it'll take longer cos they're very busy. I called the store yesterday and asked if mine was ready to pick up, gave my order number and name etc and the guy said it's ready to pick up =)

    Kind of glad this has expired. Have resisted all weekend but had in the back of my mind that if still avail tonight I may not resist pulling the pin even though I had no current intention to grab a ps4 until closer to Uncharted 4 - while I clear my PS3 backlog and WIi U titles!

    I received an email that my XBOX one bundle was ready for pick up. Went in and no-one could find it. When they did find something the sales man said he was doing me a huge favour for giving me physical copies of Forza 2 and Just Dance and how he was making a loss on this console. I said it was listed as physical on the website, and if it’s an issue I can take up with HN online, and he stopped grumbling after that. He then tried to put the hard sell on me to get extended warranty to 3 years, and how lucky I was to have this option. You should have seen his face when he found out the sales system didn’t have an option for selling warranties on on-line sales. He honestly said to me “I can’t even give you extended warranty, which really sucks for you!”.

    I can’t believe how painful it is to shop at Harvey Norman. They act like used car salesman by playing games, and all the lies.

    I bought the Xbox one AC Unity bundle online and collected it instore on Sunday. What I didn't realise was that the physical copies of Forza 2 and Just Dance weren't actually inside the box. Just called HN now and they have no recollection of this being part of the deal. Apparently the managers don't know either. So they're going to "investigate" and "call me back". Did anyone manage to get a screenshot or have some sort of evidence of the deal at all? I didn't even think to do that - stupid, naive me.

        He called me back (hallelujah) and told me to come into the store to collect the games. Once in there his manager had apparently told him to argue but I showed him this site (the only thing I can find with evidence of the sale) and they finally relented and gave me the games. So apparently the Toowoomba store has copies of Forza since I am clutching one right now. They really weren't happy about it but that's their problem.

        Going to write a letter to head office and suggest they ensure their staff are fully aware of these sales, and also can access some sort of record of the past sales. Doubt it will be followed up but who knows.

      I assume you're talking about the ps4 back orders so I called them up on monday and they said they were apparently calling their supplies on monday to see if they could still do the deal. Otherwise they would ask HN (Higher up) to see whether they can bundle their ps4 and gta separately. Or they will give a refund. I really hope they just make a decision soon as at this point i can't even buy a different ps4 as they won't make a decision. Just my 2 cents.
