The purpose of the bundle is to force people to buy particular games together with a particular colour console?
Perhaps they want to shift some white stock - hence the better bundle?
If they the game cost the same or are even cheaper, they should. The purpose of the bundle is for them to buy a certain amount of games with the console.

damn. i was thinking of putting aside my reluctance to sell games, picked up the black ps4 with the white bundle's games, and sold FC4, DC, Fifa and LBP3 to make ~$200. wonder why they won't allow that if the black ps4 is regularly cheaper?
i really want Dragon Age: Inquisition, NBA 2K15 and Samurai Warriors 4, so far none of them are included in the bundles, hope EB has some better bundles!

Yeah but then you have to pay $60+ For each new game making it $700, I've noticed dse has stopped offering $59.98 games when you pre order (It's now $69.98) in their catalogues and also pushed up their prices up and jbhifi has now Followed where most new ones are now $79 :(

On another hand , don't want to go through the troubles@gifox: i did the resell thing with recent xbox Bundle. Pretty easy to list on gumtree and after you wade through a few time wasters, genuine people will come to you. No real hassle. I ended up with an xbox one for $160, and then bought a couple of titles i wanted in gta and halo forza 5. So i essentially made my own 3 game bundle for under $300!

aaaah, so many PS4 bundles in the last couple days, but nothing i'm after just yet, and i don't really feel like going through the process of selling games. just waiting for the ideal one to come up in the next week or two at this rate.
My problem too is selling the games. I just want the white version by itself lol

Would be an amazing deal if you could select which games. Though I'd rather wait for a 20% off ebay deal and get the console on its own for $400 then buy the games I actually want, which admittedly is not a lot.
The black ps4 bundles game doesn't appeal to me at all…all yucky games imo. I got the last week ps4+gtav bundles and it was pretty good
The question is which of the included games are sealed discs in boxes, and which are download tokens which are next to worthless. I doubt people are going to get anywhere $60 for the bundled games, the same stuff happened with the Xbox 360 bundles everyone had the bundled games and were trying to offload them making them worth little. Certainly if you are planning easy trade bait at EBs you are going to be disappointed with the amount you get.
Was thinking of getting a WiiU as the PS4 is still maturing, but it's bundles suck utterly. Way too expensive.
If you act quick you get close to $60. I got $60 for AC unity Code, and discs of Sunset OD and Forza 5 a few weeks ago before the flood of ppl offloading bundle deals…
They are all discs, note that the items have to be added to your cart and may send seperately so it's not a boxed bundle it's a discount on that combination of purchases.

I rang my local JB in Epping. They said I could swap the games in the bundle as long as they were of equal or lesser value.

I went in and spoke to another. They strictly cannot change a single thing, not even to a PS3 downgrade ( I asked to swap to Lego Batman II since I was going to buy that for my nephew anyway).

The staff does not allow to swap the bundle games and advised to trade-in instead.

BUT I was able to remove Driveclub and Fifa and get COD Advanced Warfare
so it seems it can be done as some have said could be up to the discretion of the sales person

Went into JB HiFi Carousel, WA yesterday and picked up a White PS4 bundle. First guy I spoke to wouldn't let me swap any out. Second person I spoke to let me swap out LBP3, Drive Club and FIFA 15 for GTA V and SOM. So depends on who you speak to and also your approach to an extent.
I also tried swapping games but didn't get a one to one swap. For $590 I could get the console, GTAV, Fifa15 and NBA 2K15. Which I guess can be seen as getting the white bundle and swapping two games in the bundle for one.
I reckon this is the best bundle offered so far.
Don't like the games then sell them for $50 each.

I think they do have this bundle in store, well the one in Bourke St did but I think I remember the staff member mention it could be Head Office promos

While these particular bundles don't appeal to me, it is good to see some PS4 bundles comign out. Was afraid it would be nothing but Xbox this christmas
