  it's an amazingly beautiful display and the most 'affodable' OLED right now..that said, at $3k+ for a TV that's a pass for me =(. waiting a year or two until OLEDs hit low 2k mark hopefully!

  You can get it for under $3k from JBHiFi and BingLee has had this set for $2649 Shipped last month.

  When LG solves the DNR issue on this set I'll then look at it.

  I don't understand why anyone would want this.
  First, it's OLED - the display type with the shortest lifetime of any current display technology.
  Second, why is curved desirable? Surely that means a distorted image, unless you're sitting in the exact center?

  now with 4k tvs coming down in price not sure if OLED being only 1080p still will be worth it
