You should have called EDR They would sort it out for you just like flybuys does when they stuff up :)
Worked fine for me. The $10 off had to be used in 6 days. If it didnt show up on receipt I wouldve complained to woolies attendent. Cause it was visible in the catalogue
Worked perfectly for me last time on my and my partner's EDR card when buying $50 Myer cards.
Got mine last time, it just stated it on the bottom of the receipt that I got it and the next time I used my edr card it took 10 off

Bit ridiculous only giving 5 days to spend it last time when I purchased.
Again, misleading promotion saying it's off your next shopping trip - not everyone shops within that time frame.

Might go buy one $50 Supercheap card, get the $10, buy another Supercheap card for $50, then use the $20 in coupons to buy 2x $10 or 1x $20 card? So $120 for $100? Not sure what kind they sell, haven't really paid attention to it, but if I can get roughly 18% off or so I'd be happy.

I believe the terms from last time state that you cannot use the $10 bonus to purchase gift cards. Haven't really tried it but just a heads up that it might not work.
I have used coupons for gift cards without and issue, but they have always been THIRD PARTY gift cards, in other words nothing part of the Wish Group.
Also from my experience, third party gift cards from either Woolies or Coles collect relevant loyalty points, QFF/FB.
We had trouble finding the $50 Myer card in Woolworths during the last promo. No luck in four stores, finally found them in number five. Ridiculous situation for a product advertised in the catalogue.
I had a similar problem last time with the Myer cards but asked at one store whereby they opened up the gift card display to reveal a cupboard/shelves behind where they had ample stock of the cards. I'd recommend asking regarding stock before driving all over the place like I began to do.
We did ask at every store. Staff said no stock each time.
Needed 2x Hoyts cards, so registered another EDR account, printed temporary barcode. Self-serve one after the other. A bit of needless complication but saves a bit of money for screenings that don't accept Optus tix.
I did it last time and didn't receive my $10 off. Neither online or in person.
