    I didn't work for me when I typed in the code. It said my code is incorrect when I tried to pay for an item I won in EBay Australia.

      There is no difference.
      You go to your ebay item that you won. Click Pay Now, login PayPal and enter the code but did NOT work.

    I registered PayPal with my Yahoo email address, but I registered eBay with another email address.

    I just changed my eBay registered email back to my Yahoo email account and tried to pay via PayPal.
    But still get that incorrect coupon code error.

      i think the deal might have something to do with how much money you spend (and be a selected person). i.e. i spend a little bit on paypal, so i only got a 10% off voucher

    Sorry but this didn't work. I went to Buy Now on an item and checked out. Code is not working…Description should say selected people only.

    I went straight to checkout because I thought it will work. Since the item I wanted had $10 shipping fee. I thought I can use this code to waived that but I was totally wrong. And once clicked on the button I cannot cancel and forbid the purchase….:(

      I have put it in the description since the start. It's also in the T&C that it works on some selected accounts only.

    While i think its a good deal (and I got it too), I'm not really sure this is the right place to put it since technically you already have to receive the email/voucher to use it. Forums perhaps?

      Yeah, I agree. Every time one of these eBay/Paypal deals gets posted we see a flood of people saying it doesn't work for them. I remember a few years ago these coupons would work for everyone, but eBay has wisened up and now restricts them to selected accounts.

    Something makes me think that the more you spend on Paypal, the less likely they'll give you a voucher! After all i'm sure they're trying to encourage people to use PayPal more so those who already use it dont really need encouraging…

    I would guess that PayPal/ebay target these kind of offers based on your buying patterns. If you're a regular user (buyer) you don't need enticing, so won't get the offer. If you were regular, but have lapsed, you might get one to entice you back to your former wicked ways. etc etc
