The Toshiba Satellite is cheap, but how slow can they make these things before they become unusable?
Slow and low-budget CPU's used to be the exception, but nowadays they have more of these than they do of decent CPU's. The i3 has become a high-performance CPU by comparison.
With graphics power less than "HD Graphics", even normal tasks would become problematic.

    • I guess that depends on what you will use it for

      • That's my point - I am not so sure that this level of performance will be sufficient for even basic use. The Celeron and Pentiums used to be a slowed-down version of a quality CPU. But they are now putting netbook/tablet CPU's in laptops. The performance difference is no longer 20-40%, but more like several hundred percent.

        • specially these things usually come with only 2GB of ram
it's really sloooooooooooooow & suffering to use one of these…

Meh not much of a bargain really

  • I bought that bluetooth keyboard and mouse last time it was this price.
The mouse is completely erratic and basically unusable.

    • Some people have said it works really well with certain things and some have said it doesn't work well with certain things so hit and miss

    • How is the keyboard? I don't care about the mouse.

      • Thinking of using it with an Android TV box. Has anyone used this keyboard and mouse set with such a device?

        • If you look up the product in search it has been shown before and there are some comments about it
