Decided to give LastPass a shot and managed to find a free 6 month premium deal.

Hit the deal link and either create a new account or login with your current account and hit upgrade now.

I created a new account but according to the page it should work with current accounts if you are logged in.

      I did take a look and couldn't find a link to this specific promotion, then again, maybe I am blind.

      I'll take another look!

      Edit: I searched LastPass and looked at all deals posted and didn't find this specific campaign, looks like it has been around for a while because it's related to Heartbleed, it's possible that it was posted elsewhere.

      I got this message "This is when the upgrade was redeemed: 2014-07-12 19:20:54 New York Time".

      However, since it is working for a lot of others it was worth a posting. My subscription goes until Dec 2016 thanks to all the extensions.

    Been using LastPass for years now! If you don't already use its password generator, I'd highly recommend doing that! No two passwords of mine are the same!

    Also, I think Sony needs to get Lastpass…

    Lastpass is so generous with these free premiums. Never paid for it and stacked enough free offers till Sep 2018.

    I may be really dim, but it is not working for me. I am already registered, so I hit the referral link, log in and there is no upgrade link anywhere. If after that I follow "go premium" from the main page, the cheapest option is $12.
