Love this mouse. Im always on the go for work, and have had it for the last 2 years.

It does chew through batteries pretty quickly, but I always have a charger with AA's (Eneloops of course) on standby. Also usually throw in a spare AA battery in the laptop bag as a backup.

Whilst this mouse takes 2 AA's, it can also runs fine on one battery, if your in a pinch, or prefer the lighter weight.

Im pretty sure these go for ~$80 at Officeworks as that is what my work paid for mine last time.

Another vote for this mouse. I get about 2 - 3 months use on Eneloops.

I've bought several of these for home and work use over the past few years, usually from Logitechshop for around $55, though they don't seem to have it right now. In Melbourne CPL and MSY have them for $58 so the Amazon price is very good.

One point to note - there's a well documented issue where eventually single clicks start to register as double clicks due to wear. This just happened to me for the second time (after 2 years of use).

There are videos on youtube showing ways to fix it BUT I just contacted Logitech and they are sending me a replacement. Good service!

Didn't realise they work with one battery - useful info.

  • Great mouse, what John said - +1

  • This is the Logitech M905, right?

I'm pretty sure it is: http://www.logitech.com/en-au/product/anywhere-mouse-mx

  • I have had 2 of these mice (currently using my second), they're a good mouse. I would warn that they do suffer from a bit of a problem with significant usage. The mouse click buttons can start to pick up double clicks on when you single click due to the plastic behind the mouse button wearing a groove where it comes in contact with the PCB switches. Annoying but also easily rectified with a dab of epoxy or bit of hard tape on the wear area.

    • See above! lol
