Similar to the other Lego Deal previously posted, this is a pretty good deal for the Lego Sydney Opera House.

Product Description
Following the release of the 260 piece LEGO® Architecture Sydney Opera House set in 2012, this 2,989 piece model celebrates the Opera House's 40th Anniversary in 2013.

The $299 price includes delivery if you choose "Standard Delivery" in the checkout.

Cheapest I could find elsewhere was on eBay @$366 incl delivery here
