  • Does it support digitised pens for handwritten notes?

  • Excellent tablet, been really enjoying mine since Xmas day. By far the best Android device I've used.

  • Is this the good price for Z2 tablet?

    • +1

This is a good price for 4G 10" tablet in general.

    • About $140 cheaper than the cheapest on static ice.

If I didn't want a smaller form factor, I would buy it.

Pretty much the same price as Ebay.

  • I was very interested in this tab until I saw it in retail shops, ugly plastic back unlike the tab Z and Z ultra glass back. I would say check it out in retail shops before you buy this tab, you may not like its look. Good price though.

  • This or a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5"??? Hmm…

    • The tab s has better screen. This is pretty much better than the tab s in every other aspect.

      • +1

The screen is absolutely stunning on this also.

    • If I were you, I'd just go see them at JB HiFi. Not going to agree or disagree, but someone seem to hate the design so it might be better to go and see them.

Also, wow, Xperia Z2 tablet really has little battery… I didn't know that. Even Tab S suffers from having little battery and it has around 1900mah more. No wonder why it's so thin.

Well, if you wait around, I've heard that they might be releasing a new note Tablet, if that is your cup of tea.

      • The super amoled screen is a huge selling point for the tab s. I echoe the sentiments of trying both in store first. I picked up the 10.5 tab s during the eBay sale for $362 after cash back. For the money I paid for the tab s I am quite happy with it, but if I paid what they typically sell for I wouldn't have been. Touchwiz is awful and the tab s is very laggy because of it. That being said, if you don't mind putting up with a some lag in ui, which can be improved a bit by using a different launcher than its not a bad tab.

The tab s battery life is alright, around the same as the iPad air 2. I see around 10 hours ost on mine. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2qknkef&s=8#.VKGiYZcN8

        • I agree with this. Why doesn't Samsung try to optimise their stuff better is just my question… Though with lollipop update that's probably coming up soon (as in next month ish), who knows, might get better.

The waterproof feature makes this a great bath tab to watch movies on… It is also very thin and light weight.
